What is "SOGEC@SHNET"?
A
SOGEC@SHNET is Societe Generale´s online banking service for Businesses customers that allows your business´cash to be managed remotely and in complete safety.
Being away from your branch and as a SOGEC@SHNET subscriber, at any time daily.
You can have:
• Information on your accounts: balance, account statement, details of forecasted movements
• Online services: downloading forms, etc...
You may carry out :
• Transfers.
• File transfert.

Who can access to SOGEC@SHNET ?
A
This service is available to all of Societe Generale’s Individual Businesses customers. To subscribe, you need to sign a SOGEC@SHNET contract with your Customer Advisor. Once you have subscribed and depending on the chosen mode of authentication, your Digipass will be provided.

What equipment do I need to access SOGEC@SHNET website ?
A
You need a computer with internet connection and a version of Internet Explorer compatible with the SSL powerful encryption system (Secured Socket Layer) to 128 bits.

How much does it cost to have access to SOGEC@SHNET?
A
Monthly subscription to SOGEC@SHNET is from FCFA 15000 (excluding communication and Internet connection costs). For more details, please contact your Customer Advisor.

What should be done when one of the users leaves the company?
A
Simply fill in the user identification endorsement. The document is downloadable and available on the subscriber page. Of course, you will need to get the Digipass back that had been assigned to the user.

How secure is SOGEC@SHNET?
A
SOGEC@SHNET ensures security and confidentiality of your data and bank transactions with Digipass, a tool that generates OTP (one time password) that is to say unique algorithms (unknown to criminals). These passwords (a series of 6 digits) can be used only once. Password validity period: 30 seconds.

Since access is via the Internet, are there any risks of fraudulent transactions?
A
All transactions via SOGEC@SHNET are subject to signature. For security measures, the customer must define internally the different levels of authorisation for each user.

What should I do if I have a problem accessing or using the tool?
A

How do I connect to SOGEC@SHNET?

Just go to www.sogecashnet.sgbc.cm on Internet browser and log in with your user ID and Digipass password generator.

What codes are required to access SOGEC@SHNET?
A
To use SOGEC@SHNET, you need:
1. A subscriber code (ID) that was sent to you by email after activating your subscription,
2. An authentication device: a Digipass which was given to you by your Customer Advisor.

What should I do if I lose my subscriber code or authentication device?
A
If you have forgotten your subscriber code or lost your authentication device (Token), you can contact the customer helpdesk service who will forward your subscriber code or provide a new authentication device (Token) that will be hand delivered to you. Once the request has been made, we recommend that you do not to use your SOGEC@SHNET subscription until you receive your new authentication device in order to avoid blocking access to the service again.
